WHERE DOES HIGH-DEFINITION CLOTHING SHIP FROM?

We ship from our logistics facility in Mount Vernon, NY.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders will be processed and shipped within 24-48 business hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays. Please note that we do not operate on the following holidays:

● Thanksgiving Day

High Definition Clothing is not liable for conditions beyond our control, such as severe weather, service interruptions, customs delays, etc.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING INFORMATION

We use USPS for shipping. Orders placed during regular business hours will be processed within 24-48
hours. Please anticipate delays if your order requires additional verification. Note that we are not available on weekends and holidays.

DOES HIGH-DEFINITION CLOTHING SHIP TO P.O. BOXES?

For security reasons, we do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order ships, you can track it through the link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

RETURNS

WHAT IS HIGH DEFINITION CLOTHING’S RETURN POLICY?

We gladly accept returns of unworn items in their original condition, including attached tags and packaging, within 7 working days of receipt.= Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Contact customer service at help@highdefnyc.com for return instructions.

Note: Products must have all tags attached, be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. Refunds include the
product cost and applicable taxes. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless there was an error in your order or the products were damaged during transit.

Ensure you obtain a tracking number for returns, as we are not responsible for lost packages in transit.

Sale or discounted items are final sales and not eligible for return.

WHAT IS HIGH-DEFINITION CLOTHING’S EXCHANGE POLICY?

For exchanges, items must be in their original unworn condition with attached tags and packaging, sent to the provided address within 30 days of receipt. Contact help@highdefnyc.com before mailing the package to check item availability. Customers are responsible for exchange shipping charges. Obtain a tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost packages.

Note: All products must have tags attached, be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. Any store credit issued is valid for one year.

MY PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE. WHAT CAN I DO?

If you believe your item is defective, email help@highdefnyc.com with photos and an explanation within 7 days. We will assess the defect at our discretion. Items misused or not following care instructions are not eligible for a defect claim.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT A REFUND?

We process returns within 7 business days of receiving them in our warehouse. You will be notified via email when the refund is issued. The credit will appear on your next statement, depending on your issuing bank and billing cycle. Shipping charges are non-refundable. During peak seasons, allow up to 15 business days for your return to process.
